New product brand lead is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life-cycle mainly focusing on new product pipeline. Set the clear brand plan, the launch excellence plan and lead/coordinating all relevant communication cross functionally. Beyond product scope, Reviewing/ building the strategic channel mix plan in cooperation with each individual brand leads

Mid/Long-term Brand Leadership

Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new channel ideas and/or product changes.
Build a clear brand strategy and roadmap to maximize business opportunities
Identify the business leverage points considering the existing product portfolio and channel. 
Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with cross-functionally.
Ensure appropriate market analysis and competitive benchmarking to conduct to inform marketing strategy, programs and tactics
Demonstrate knowledge of the vaccine & infectious disease area, market trends, cultivate strong relationships with customers in developing deep market insights, and customize brand strategy across various customer segments.
Understand customer segmentation and implement actionable strategies
Develop and execute impactful MCE roadmap and integrate the global tools into the customized local version
Leading all communications with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functions in developing the strategy, to ensure aligned objectives and implementation across all functions.
Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
Multi-Channel strategy

Choose suitable digital tools for our business scope and proactively drive to use tool for sales force
Optimize and facilitate digital tools and contents with short and long-term vision
Develop visible roadmaps of multi-channel marketing and innovative contents to use in sales force
Co-work with BO&S teams to developing and maximizing current and future market opportunities


- Bachelor degree preferably in Masters degree

[Experience & knowledge]

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business development/ Commercial /Medical function in Pharmaceutical Business (preferred in vaccine business)
Experience in product/brand management would be an advantage
Communication skills, Marketing, Planning, Managing the promotional mix, Market research, Financial basic
Launch experience and a deep understanding of the Korean vaccine industry preferred
