Job Description

Boutique operation Management
• Ensure boutique operation/ procedure and policy and implement and guide it at every boutique
• Visit boutique on a regular basis to monitor and all operation procedure is properly established and consistently strive to improve store operation efficiency through improved process, tools to increase the optimization
• Responsible for maintenance & housekeeping by communicating between boutique and external vendors and AP/HQ level to follow-up to maintain high standards and boutique condition & environment 


Support and develop action planning of all boutiques 
• Actively involve and set the boutique target and monitor the achievement rate by sales analysis per boutique and guide and monitor the action plan to follow-up at boutique level
• Work with Snr retail director to increase productivity and continuously find the solutions to make improvement based on sales analysis on a regular basis


Staff feedback collection 
• Gather and analyse the qualitative and quantitative feedback from all retail staff regardless of position and report it to Snr Retail director to maintain the staff morale
• Collect and repot feedback by focusing on new joiners, low performers & leaving staff
• Provide the constructive solution on people issue at boutique level to Junior & Snr SAs by regular interview at site


Boutique network support 
• Assist and support Snr retail director to manage the process on store projects, including new opening store, store closure, renovation, relocation and pop-up to ensure the process to comply with planned timeframe and company standards 
• Any ad-hoc project or lead the study as assigned by the retail director

Job Requirements

- Min 7 yrs of relevant working experience in retail industry
- Bachelor degree and above
- Strong communication skill, interpersonal skills
- Accuracy on data management and analysis
- Good commands both verbal and written in English
- Good understanding of retail system (POS, CRM, Stock etc)
- Good at MS Office
