업무내용 :
1. General
- Developing new commercial business and expanding existing OEM business
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Manage OEM business in Korea; identify and create additional partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and close complex deals that benefit Coherent and our customers
- Provide accurate quarterly and annual business forecasts and achieve these targets
- Develop and implement short term and long term business growth strategy to achieve the sales goals
- Own metrics to analyze and track business performance(market share/penetration, competitive, cost analysis; service strategy requirements) and communicate them effectively with internal departments
(Field Ops, Finance and Operations).

- 대졸이상
- Requires a above bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or photonics related field- 필수
- Experience with Technical Sales less than 5 years in the high-tech industry
    *Problem solving skills to be able to negotiation skills

- Ability to work closely with a team as well as independently
- Exceptional communications skills with internal & external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Command of written and spoken English
- Computer literate
- 영어 가능자 필수
