Responsible for providing maintenance and on-site desktop, network and server support to clients.
- Maintenance IT hardware/server/network system in Customer site
- Provide basic support for OS, MS applications/ network
- 2nd leveled troubleshooting
- Identify, analyze and respond to escalations in a timely manner
- Support IT IMAC service, manage IT assets in each accounts
- Report to service manager and program manager
- Assist project lead on a global project or a local project
- Provide service reports, job sheets, expense claim, incident reports and the other documentations in a timely, proactive manner

- Knowledge ticket system and process
- Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing PCs/servers/network may also apply
- Must have good working knowledge of PC operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and internet-related technologies/network.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer network will be an advantage
- MCSE,CCNA certification is preferred
