THE PURPOSE Support the planning, organizing and execution any related event of Marketing and communication KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Event Management • Support of the entire event procedure • General events¡¯ preparation, operation and follow-up • All materials & data arrangement of the events • From conception through to completion • Accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses to forecast future events¡¯ estimate • Pre-& post event report with feedback • Wrap-up event activities Support of the communication • Coordinate and consolidate needs between local and international teams • Strong collaboration with teams, especially with PR and CDM team. • Cooperation with 3rd Parties, vendors and communication with related parties • Cooperation with boutique staff at department stores Support of event development • Investigate / develop client¡¯s engagement animations Market Research • Research the market, target consumers and competitors to develop effective events & activities • Study & report of competitors¡¯ activities • Fashion Trend study • Updating on Art & Culture related activities in both internal and external WORK RELATIONSHIP Internal • Marketing & PR team: work on the launch of new products, special events, boutique opening, pop-up store opening & management, and exhibitions External • Event agent |

PROFILE • Min 6 yrs of relevant working experience in Retail (Luxury) industry, marketing environment • Bachelor¡¯s degree in related fields • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills • Able to Independently work for multiple tasks to handle the agency • Good commands both in English and Korean |
