모집부문 : 인사팀 경력직 (HR Specialist)


담당업무 


1) Compensation & Benefits

- Responsible for handling accurate payroll cycle, taxes and government reporting in a timely and accurate manner 

  with payroll outsourcing vendor.

- Plan and control the annual budget of labor cost including regular reporting and adjusting of the budget

- Conduct salary review including the annual salary review/incentive with performance evaluation and 

  promotion and occasional

- Ensure that policy and programs of Company’s C&B are designed and up-to-date with market standards. 

- Train employees and managers in the usage of C&B relevant program and systems

- Advice managers in taking decision in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees

- Manage benefit programs including group-term insurance, long-term service awards and etc.

2) Recruitment & On-boarding Training

- Manage the end-to-end recruiting procedure –Identify and advertise vacancies, screen applicants, 

  arrange the interviews and propose job offer

- Utilize various kinks of searching channels and collaborate with outsourcing search firms

- Facilitate placement of new employees and conduct induction program and on-boarding training.

3) Employee Relations

- Communicating policies and regulations pertaining to Human Resources, Compensation and 

  Benefits including Internal communication and announcement

- Improve and update HR regulations in compliance with local labor law and legal requirements and 

  deal with HR issues accordingly

- Support employees engagement programs including company event/activities for employees communication 

  and harmonization

- Exit process management

4) HR IS (Information System) and others

- Operate and manage overall HR Information System and update HR data in a timely manner

- Analyze HR statistics and update HR reporting including employees’ status of HC and Org-chart

- Collect and manage employee contracts, documents and job/work descriptions

- Ad-hoc assignment any given on HR initiatives and project


자격요건 


- Min. over 4 years of relevant work experience including C&B cycle experience in a multi-national company

- Strong communication skills and analytical and data interpretation skills

- Solid knowledge of local labor regulation, compensation & benefit, and experience of HRIS management

- Ability to have operational competency for HR overall operation to be seamlessly managed

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean

- Good team player with organization and problem-solving skills

- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
