Retail - Set retail target and drive retail team to achieve of annual sales targets with tangible action plans - Define and monitor KPI¡¯s for the frontline staff - Develop motivation schemes (incentive) for sales staff - Develop quality retail team in all boutiques through Monthly Touch Base and follow closely individual staff productivity - Daily operational support for the boutiques - Frequent market visit and business review meeting with boutique managers - Implementation of retail event plan (opening, customer and special topic events, etc.) at the operational level - Work closely with marketing, sales administration and logistics, oversee correct level per market needs/individual store mix and store size with maximum stock turnover, optimize stock level and mix to achieve sales objectives - Preparation of sales analysis, sales forecast - Identify opportunity with floor manager - Identify operation/ commercial issues in the boutiques and work out the solutions for improvement - Training, developing and mentoring boutique managers/staffs in order, stock and logistic function - Plan career development opportunities for boutique staffs - Communicate company¡¯s vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team; structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities - Participate to the HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff - Mystery shopper program implementation and evaluation - Support retail team for all administrative related work - Gather and analyze local market competition information
II. Network Development - Focus on retail, upgrade retail network through new strategic opening, relocation and renovation, etc. - Work with HQ and local project management team /contractors in the successful opening of New boutiques and/or renovations from the planning phase to completion

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] - Degree holder - Minimum 7 years¡¯ experience in the area of retail operations and at least 3 years managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry - Good command of written and spoken English - Pragmatic and result oriented - Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills - Mature, stable and presentable - Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity - Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record - Excellent interpersonal skills
