Lead and conduct transparent communication between USA and Korea

Develop and maintain safety and quality-oriented team and culture

Champion innovation efforts, cost reduction programs & continuous improvement

Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers

Ensures manufacturing, cost and quality goals are met.

Support technology transfers from R&D to production.

[자격요건]

Proven experience in leadership and other managerial position in manufacturing

Both Hardware and Software experience desirable

Korean and English speaking and writing skills

Technical degree; MBA preferred

Good understanding of business finance
