Job Position : ܱ ɹĮ  (VRM) Engineer 


Role & Responsibilities

     - To provide Technical customer support to support the OES key account team focused on building Technical approval and technical support directly to the target key account

Support the Vehicle repair training and application center

-   Drive top business projects technical support including new products introduction from other regions/countries

-   Independent channel support ?include voice of customer , competitor activities & innovation pipeline scouting

-   Specialized Field/TAC training ? Distribution, OES, Glass fitters, fleet etc.

-   OES support for regional HQ including troubleshooting, voice of customer, Technology/innovation & regional approvals

-   Training/upskilling of local internal team i.e TSEs, local marketing

-   Support local market activation activities including translations

-   VOC and conversion into OES driven market/single customer development projects 

-   Local/regional product certifications

-   Close collaboration with PD/TCS within OEM team

-   TCS representative to OES KAM global round tables

-   Development of specific OES training programs

 

Skills

-   Degree: Bachelor degree engineering or above (Chemical or Mechanical)

-  Working years: 4~7 years or above in automotive or collision repair industry

-   Language: EN/Korea
