°æ·ÂÀÚ Ã¤¿ë
´ã´ç¾÷¹« This job is responsible to manage overall logistics duties and WH & inventory management in line with internal system data reconciliation
I. Logistics
- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments for importation, exportation
- Mediate between customs broker, forwarder, check import license for every importation
- Check freight landing schedule, pending schedule and cargo claim
- Landed cost file update (invoice update, import cost update), update and spread to the warehouse and the relevant depts.
- Daily Goods receipt monitoring in SAP and raise IT ticket for interface errors
- Order management for return order, stock transfer, POSM, MIGO, PGI in SAP
- Consignment order (Carnet) management
- Yearly consignment order report to HK office
- Quarterly submit export record report to finance team
- Cites goods handling: application and get permission from government offices and provide to customs
- Provide import settlement to finance dept for worldwide remittance (importation certificate)
- Provide export and carnet settlement, import settlement and voucher to finance dept and related dept for monthly closing
- Stock reconcile of serial discrepancy and coordinate with HK office for system correction
- Arrangement of special location transportation
- Country of origin management
- Monthly billing statement management with customs broker
- Monthly stock take in office¡¯s safe of stand-by inventory for return
- Credit note and duty, tax refund management
- Import and export license documents filing for internal/external audit
- Problem solving for logistics errors and incidents
- Yearly Import record report of quartz watches (including Fred) to Korea Environment corporation
- Local duty regulation update eg. duty rate, FTA with Europe etc
- Prepare all requirements in line with HQ message as a local logistics communicator
- Bi-weekly conference call meeting with HK office
II. Inventory Management
- Dispatch stock replenishment from warehouse to boutiques
- Generate outbound delivery from warehouse to boutiques in SAP
- Monthly overstock rebalancing movement from boutiques to warehouse and rebalancing stock transfer from ODEIS to SAP
- Inventory list validation with photos upon outbound delivery from warehouse
- Monthly billing management to make sure of accurate cost control
- Regular site visit or meeting to make sure of proper physical environment and service
- Prepare and perform yearly stock taking & quarterly random check
- Analysis on inventory status, logistics cost & warehouse cost to optimize
- Renew 3rd party warehouse contract and negotiate new rate of route, new provision if happens
III. After service Management
- Control After service workflow so that customer¡¯s commitments are met and up to date job
status is accurately documented
- Coordinate & communicate with technical service provider and boutiques
- Work in accordance with company practices and procedures and generally accepted business and technical standards
- Order parts as required for both repair shop and field service
- Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required
- Communicate to make workflow smooth with the related parties (HQ, AP, BTQs, Vendors etc.)
ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç - Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years¡¯ experience in the area of logistics
- Familiar with legal regulation for Retail and Importation operations
- Familiar with 3PL warehouse management
- Retail industry experience will be advantageous
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong business acumen
- Result oriented
- Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels
- Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
- Problem solver and timely decision making
- SAP & Retail system experience preferred
