The Medical Director will serve as a medical consultant for Reinsurance underwriting and claims operations with responsibility for assessing and managing risks. This will require the job holder to maintain an expert general knowledge of medicine, Life and Health Insurance, current medical developments and research. The Medical Director will also provide ongoing education and training for underwriters and claims assessors.

·        Master’s degree in Medical or similar

·        Experience in the Korea insurance industry

·        English communication skill

·        Understanding of Underwriting work process.
