  • CORE FUNCTIONS

    -Ensures that the needs of customers are being satisfied 

    -Manages a team of customer services staff

    -Helps to develop and implement a customer service policy for the company 

    -Handles customers’ technical requests

    -Formulates financial objectives for service department together with Management Team and takes necessary steps to achieve annual goals 


    DETAILS OF FUNCTION 

    - Provides help and advice to customers using the company’s products
    - Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
    - Investigates and solves customers’ problems, which may be complex and cannot be handled by the service engineers

    -Handles customers complaints

    -Keeps accurate records and documents service actions and discussions

     -Is involved in staff recruitments and appraisals

    -Trains staff to deliver a high standard of customer service

    - Organizes service department and schedules service assignments

    -Learns about the company’s products and keeps up-to-date with changes

     -Attends training courses
    - Coperates closely with order management for the supply of spare parts inventory
    - Promotes the sales of service contracts

       
  • 8+ years of related experience

    Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player.

    Good English both written and spoken
