[담당업무]

Job Summary:
Lead the CRM Strategies to drive the acquisition of new customers and the increase of retention rate of existing ones across markets

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the CRM strategies including planning, organizing, executing CRM activities and post-analysis based on in-depth understanding of the customers
• Responsible for omni channel customer journeys especially playing a critical role in developing digital touchpoints
• Provide insightful analysis and regular reporting of CRM metrics and translate the result into constant optimization of CRM strategies
• Develop and execute customer treatment plans: gifting, seasonal greetings
• KIT (customer contact tool) management
• Plan CRM budget based on the action plan and manage and monitor the spending
• Work closely with HQ CRM department to ensure CRM strategies and actions are implemented according to Brand guidelines
• Work closely with store team to ensure the proper maintenance of client database and smooth operation of CRM activities

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(8년 이상 14년 이하)
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
기타: · Bachelor’s Degree Holder

· 5+ years of CRM related experience in retail industry, preferably in fashion

· Good command of Korean and English (both spoken and written)

· Advanced Excel skills for data analysis

· Interest and knowledge in digital

· Strong passion to drive for improvement on processes for customer centricity

· Sound interpersonal skills and project management skills

· Organized, accurate and detail orientated
