Job Position Summary
This position is to ensure the implementation and delivery of HR strategies, programs and initiatives to proactively support business strategies and help to shape functional demands. The role is to work closely with the divisional and functional managers to implement and manage the end to end HR/People agenda. Provide counsel and facilitating services covering HR program and/or process such as Performance Management, Talent Review Management, Talent Acquisition, ER under guidance of HR Director and global & local HR guideline/standards
