- 철강/제철 관련산업의 전사 PI ,ERP, IT 컨설팅
- 경영혁신을 위한 프로세스 혁신 사업 개발 및 사업 수행

- PI: 프로세스분석/To-Be 정립,설계, 현업 변화관리 및 혁신, 프로젝트 계획수립, 고객 지원 등

- Provide business process analysis and suggest optimal process based on global best practices.
- Lead customer’s business process innovation and suggest business insights to customers.
- Execute change management for client’s business process innovation.
- Create documents and deliverables to clients for outcomes of consulting services.
