▣ Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. To provide company products value to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers through diverse sales activities
2. To manage the individual territory business and achieve agreed business target
3. To develop and implement territory''s business plan
4. Continuously build industry, district, knowledge and business expertise
5. Understand core needs of customers and dealers to translate them into his/her strategy and plans
6. Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
7. Engage his/her plans to business counterparts such as dealers, customers, and internal biz partners
8. Execute, monitor and assess his/her plans with good quality and in timely manner
9. Come up with innovative solutions in meeting his/her targets and collaborating with the team
-의료장비 및 의약품 영업-담당 territory(지역) 대상으로 자사 제품 판매 및 고객관리
-회사의 목표를 달성하기 위한 각 territory(지역, 본부)를 발전시킬 Business Plan 마련 및 실행
▣ Requirements
1. 8~13 years of sales experiences in pharmaceutical (유관 경력 최소 8년 이상; 대학병원/종합병원 신장내과 대상의 영업 경력자 우선 채용)
2. Bachelor Degree and above (4년제 대졸 이상자)
3. Good knowledge of the sales industry in the healthcare area. ; Pharmaceutical & Medical equipment market sales/marketing experience is preferred.) (제약/의료기기 영업, 병원 대상 영업 등 유관 경력 우대 ; 제약/의약 기기,장비 등 동종 업계에 대한 이해 및 마케팅 경험 우대)
4. Skills: Communication, interpersonal, presentation, MS office skill (커뮤니케이션, 대인관계역량, 프레젠테이션 역량 보유자, MS Office 활용가능자)
5. Others - Drive Results, Focus on Customers & Patients, Demonstrate Ethics & Integrity
