You will support HR Director in the implementation of Global/Regional HR initiatives.
participate in projects to establish HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business
initiatives and deliver results. Ensure smooth execution of the annual HR processes including
but not limited to annual performance management, salary reviews, promotions, transfers, etc.

- Solid experiences in Compensation, Benefit, and Recruiting (demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies experience) is a must
- Preferable to have Workday experience (project management, user experience)
- Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient English skill in verbal and writing
