  • - Equipment competency support for productivity/quality improvement in operation.
    - To drive for upgrade/redesign and modification of critical equipment parts for equipment stability improvement.
    - Periodic review of maintenance scheduling via machine alarm analysis & MPFMEA.
    - Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility and define the parts life span and consumption.
    - Govern Mold equipment performance - OEE, MTBA, UDT, SDT, UPH.
    - Competency development skill gap analysis for sustaining maintenance and PM technician (SME, Spider chart)
