ㆍInitiate and drive the overall lean activities including planning, leading and execution in site to increase operational excellence maturity level

ㆍPerforming professional lean coaching to operation department and lean projects for driving continuous improvement

ㆍDeploy the lean tools (VSM, Standardized work, QCO, TPM) to standardize best practices

ㆍPartnership with HQ Operational excellence team to implement lean 14 step project and Lean green belt project

ㆍMonitoring the key milestone of lean activities and measuring the cost saving output out of lean projects and activities   

 

학력

ㆍ학사 이상 (Engineering 관련 전공)

 

자격요건

ㆍ원활한 영어 Conference Call 가능자

ㆍOperation, Production, Continuous Improvement 관련 부서에서 유관 업무 경력을 보유한 자

ㆍLean Project 관련 경험 2년 이상 보유자

ㆍMS Office 프로그램 사용 능숙자
