- 미국 본사 소속, 근무 지역은: 중국 상해
- 중국 Shanghai, Ningbo, Yiwu 오피스로 근무 / 미국 본사와의 출장이 빈번
- 현재 중국에 거주중인 분 선호
- 언어: 중국어 최상, 영어 상급- 한국어는 사용할 줄 알면 좋지만 required가 아님
(영어를 잘 하시는 중국분우대).
- 직급: Manager ~Director
- Health&Beauty Care 또는 Variety Merchanisde 분야에서 최소 10년 이상의 Sourcing / Production 경력
- 약 10명 이상의 현지 직원으로 구성될 신생 팀의 lead/ Report라인은 본사 Purchasing Director
- elf, Revlon 등의 중국 공장 경력 우대
- 비자 support.
Job Description
- Research and analysis of possible vendors, suppliers, and providers to potentially engage
in the selection process of such vendors (which may require managing an RFP/RFQ process)
in the contract negotiation, approval, and signing process
in the on-boarding process of such vendors, such as obtaining insurance certificates and any other
required documentation
in the post-contract signing vendor management process and contract life cycles, such as facilitating
SLA reviews, supporting audits, and benchmarking of services and fees
- Build strong partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
including Procurement, Legal, and Compliance.
- Build strategic relationships with key vendors and be proactive in managing the relationship to seek
more savings and better contractual terms.
- Maintain metrics, scorecards & KPI's on relevant areas like savings, turnaround time, etc
