The Digital Marketing Account manager will have responsibility for partnership marketing by developing new digital business opportunities. This position will closely work dedicated digital IT project team and relative internal department and will have many chances to participate dynamic digital insurance projects and learn global successful business case.

 Develop new digital partnership and new digital initiatives (product, partner and model)
 Participate diversified digital projects(AI hybrid DM digital, Travel, Wellness partnership, new product development and new market penetration, etc.)
 Business proposal to optimal partners fit for target product (target segment and marketing plan)
 Management, expansion, execution and enhancement of existing digital campaigns
 Business plan with financial projection, production tracking, campaign management
 Digital IT project management (co-work with digital project manager)
 Digital project execution with business/marketing plan, contents development, sales
 Continuous A/B test for enhancement of customer experience and UX/UI
 Partner communication as account manager for charged campaign with related dept.
 Build short/mid/long-term strategy and roadmap
 Regular report on digital initiatives, sales performance, progress, business plan to local/regional office

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(7년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업

 Bachelor’s degree
 7+ years of working experience (대리~차장 직급)
 Digital marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory
 B2B account manager, DM or Digital marketer experience is preferred
 Work experience in financial/insurance/fin tech/e-commerce industry is preferred
 Sense of challenge for new initiatives, enthusiasm to change career into Digital marketing
 Analytical, oral and written/verbal communication skills
