[주요업무]

• Act as Project Manager for various projects in the operation site, initiated by the site, global team or corporate.

• Direct manage the cross functional site projects such as NPI project, multi-site transfer project.

• Monitor and track the projects driven by each functional team.

• Coordinate activities with cross functional peers (e.g. Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, SC, R&D, Marketing and Operation).

• Identify and lead the project teams, own the project plans (Gantts), lead and coordinate execution of all activities required for launch associated with functional and divisional leads, and implement an operational plan for completing a project.

• Monitor activities, progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays.

• Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team

학사 이상 (전공 무관)

 

[자격요건]

ㆍMore than 5 years of relevant experiences in project management in diagnostics, pharmaceutical or healthcare field

ㆍFluent in English (speaking, reading, listening and writing skills required)

ㆍPrefer to have working experience in operation site

ㆍPrior experience in driving strategic projects and cross functional teams
