- Develops a targeted account list, sales, backlog and other forecasts to actively promote, present
and demonstrate company products to customers and coordinates orders and prospects with the company¡¯s order management, accounting and marketing personnel - Reviews sales forecasts with the company¡¯s management and, where appropriate revise.
- Achieves unit sales of the products set forth in the sales quota, targets or forecasts
- Follows relationship-selling, partnering and managing of accounts
- Conducts all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company and 100% comply the regulation and compliance guideline for Korea market. Must complete all mandatory trainings requested by company.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by senior management.

- Bachelor¡¯s Degree (clinical or business oriented) or equivalent knowledge acquired through business experience ( over 10 years experience)
- Preferably with successful sales and negotiation experience. Capital medical equipment sales experience is highly meritorious
- Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry, Radiation Therapy market experience is meritorious
- Exposure to a consultative solutions selling approach
- Highly developed problem solving skills coupled with persuasive personal style ideally gained in an ¡°existing client account¡± business environment
- Well developed oral and written communication skills both in Korean and English
- Confident, articulate and flexible, focused on achieving financial and personal goals
- Demonstrated initiative (self-starter)
- Flexible style (¡°do whatever it takes¡± and ¡°win-win¡± approach) and strong multi-tasker
- Able to work under pressure, have a clear mindset of deadline and work as an individual contributor to drive the business
- Ability to travel, as much as 50% of time domestically and internationally
