Minimum qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, data analysis, or any other business related field
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns for large customers
  • Experience in online measurement, operations, and advertising networks
  • Ability to operate strategically and analytically and to understand customer needs
  • Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate with multiple business partners and work effectively with global teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a passion to create and share best practices to inculcate a culture of learning by sharing

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will provide excellent customer services, research, and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of customers, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.


In this role, you will be an expert in the analysis of our customers' advertising activities and the markets in which they operate. You will craft recommendations and solutions for our customers and have an understanding of the market, industry, and business model of the companies you work with.


The Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) team is responsible for helping our customers meet and exceed their business objectives. The team collaborates with Account Managers from the in-market Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales teams, to co-design and manage solutions that deliver high-quality results.


Additionally, you'll manage advertisers by partnering with Account Managers. You will help customers meet their business goals, surfacing the relevant opportunities, designing comprehensive solutions, and delivering those solutions. You will develop expertise to design solutions ranging across all of search, display, mobile, and video product suites.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to determine the optimal support for the customer portfolio for mid-market teams.
  • Develop a comprehension of our strategic products (e.g., Search, YouTube, Display, etc.) and the scenarios in which they are a good fit for our customers.
  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for customers.
  • Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customer; create proposals to represent solution design around customer goals.
