Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, business development, gaming, video/TV industry, digital advertising and/or ads monetization.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of the mobile/gaming industry.
  • Experience in CTV industry.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with individual publishers and complex organizations. Demonstrated ability to independently identify and pursue strategic opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced industry, with the ability to manage an evolving product set and client needs.

As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you will identify and maximize business opportunities with existing and new publishers to exceed their expectations through building and maintaining long-term relationships. Your role also involves taking full responsibility of the market through business development initiatives and driving close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to address the market challenges and opportunities.


  • Maximize partner growth by proactively identifying new improvement areas and exploring new opportunities.
  • Increase Google AdSense, AdMob, AdManager and other Google products performance for partners.
  • Analyze data, trends and account performance, and develop account plans for publishers, and vertical/country business plans for the market.
  • Work cross-functionally within OPG and through the wider Google and Global OPG organization. Collaborate with global product development teams to meet local customer expectations and develop scalable initiatives for the larger pool of publishers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
