Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building scalable partner ecosystems for partners, integrators, and global system integrators.
  • Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud ecosystem and working with distribution channel partner.
  • Experience building relationships and presenting to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional organization.
  • Ability to drive delivery of Go-To-Market strategies and results.
  • Excellent partner development and management skills.

About the job

The gReach Learner Program is a paid upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects for one year. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

gReach Learner Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Advertising Sales, User Support, YouTube, and Marketing. Participants will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further sharpen their professional skills. gReach Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions. We welcome aspiring individuals who are willing to grow as professionals through the learning experience at Google. To get familiar with Google’s tools, technology, and culture, you'll acquire fundamental and on-the-job training experience, and be assigned to a role. Depending on the organization and role, as a gReach Associate, you'll work on one large project, complete smaller projects, or do the day-to-day work to support the business. You'll contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and have the opportunity to add long-lasting value beyond the conclusion of their gReach program. You will closely work with a host manager and team members who will help identify project goals, while also inspiring, mentoring and supporting the professional development of the gReach Program.


  • Manage partner business performance and map partner capabilities/priorities with Google's goals and strategies to meet quarterly business goals. Drive quarterly business reviews with key service partners and Google leadership.
  • Drive executive connections with regional business/partner leadership, including partner value propositions into Partner Sales Manager (PSM) teams.
  • Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services, and develop custom presentations on Google’s Cloud Platform technologies to partners.
  • Drive partners to build a partner sourced pipeline, nominate partners to receive inbound/outbound leads, and ensure overall pipeline tracking accuracy and health. Drive and support regional demand generation activities/events with partners and support regional engagement.
  • Promote Google’s strategy at key industry events and shape industry agenda and standards. Shape Google’s approach to partnership strategy with stakeholders.
