Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience in the digital advertising industry
  • Experience in pipeline, funnel, and change management
  • Experience leading teams with a focus on mentoring/developing team members
  • Ability to develop business teams and work towards goals
  • Ability to work with diverse regional and global teams

About the job

Our Customer Onboarding team, helps customers who are new to the digital advertising journey, guiding them to realize the return on investment (ROI) with Google guiding them to launch, optimize, and expand their advertising campaigns.

In this role, you'll lead a team of Account Managers. Your team will work with customers to help them navigate through digital marketing (e.g., crafting marketing objectives, developing media strategies, setting them up with product to reach milestones, etc.). Additionally, you'll be managing business operations, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create alignment and drive customers' long-term success.
