Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, account planning, marketing research, or consulting.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing first- and third-party data, research, and tools.
  • Experience in data tools and statistics using R, SQL, Tableau, and/or Analytics.
  • Knowledge of search, social, mobile, display, video, audio, and local spaces.
  • Ability to focus on details as well as big picture issues with business acumen.
  • Good communication, project management, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted and strategic partnership with leaders to define strategy, identifying key enablement to support.
  • Drive thinking using insights and trends to inform strategy with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop custom research based on needs of each vertical and identify needs/gaps for market and customer insights.
  • Partner with leaders across teams to equip our teams to deliver results for our customers and business growth.
  • Identify needs for thought leadership narratives and create stories/narratives using internal and external market and customer insights.
