Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising sales, performance marketing, and/or consulting.
  •  Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in e-Commerce and the gaming/app businesses.
  • Experience in performance marketing and data analysis.
  • Experience at a media agency, media buyer, or digital consulting company.
  • Knowledge of the measurement landscape across online and offline media.
  • Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with executive leaders both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.

As Head of Performance Specialist, you will lead App, Search, and Commerce specialists within Large Customer Sales (LCS) in Korea. Your role will be to help sellers in LCS and large advertisers to make the most of Google performance solutions, advise them on solution adoption, optimization, and holistic strategy to drive business and marketing objectives and help them adapt to the changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy and product value proposition for sustainable growth in App, Search, and Commerce.
  • Partner with sales leaders in LCS and cross-functional teams at Google to help our customers and agency partners address strategic and complex performance marketing challenges.
  • Mentor Performance Specialists for App, Search, and Commerce in their day-to-day work, help remove roadblocks, and manage their performance.
  • Represent Korea to bring products and innovation, share market feedback, and work with the key global stakeholders. Connect with other Performance Specialist Managers around the world to continuously evolve the Performance Specialist role.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to provide “market-to-product” feedback, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization.
