Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of development experience with programming languages, databases, and front-end technologies.
  • 2 years of experience working with customers or customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • 1 year of experience in digital ad operations or in the online advertising industry. Familiarity/experience with the ad serving industry and Internet technologies.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud products.
  • Experience in app development and analytics products.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences effectively.
  • Effective communication with creative problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Act as an expert in relation to Google’s advertiser products, working with customers and internal stakeholders to realize business goals in the market.

  • Understand requirements, provide technical information and solutions around applying ad products and technologies, and share guidance/best practices.
  • Identify and solve customers problems proactively and creatively through project management and consultation on technical setup.
