Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consultative sales, partnerships, business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, strategic sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the App developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over business prospects.
  • Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible and work effectively with a team.

In this role, you will be focusing on increasing the growth of our mobile app customers. As a Growth Manager, you will engage with mobile-first businesses, achieve business goals, and cultivate change to accelerate Google’s position in the app marketing area.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping a number of app developers to grow their business using Google ad products and services. You will advise customers on marketing strategies which will help them achieve their user acquisition goals and serve as an expert and advocate for mobile app developers within Google.

  • Establish new Google customers by presenting mobile App promotion marketing solutions and creating relevant ad campaigns.
  • Work within a team that supports mobile Apps and educate customers on the opportunities within them.
  • Form cross-functional relationships with other stakeholders to realize advertiser goals.
  • Develop strategies that optimize the market potential, and provide excellent customer service to potential new customers.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of App promotion products.
