Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in client, account or partner management, and/or development.
  •  Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with broadcasting networks, creators, and/or media service platforms.
  • Experience in project management and sales.
  • Understanding of the online business and the media industry, and excellent strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a passion for video content and content creators/partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) and Creators.
  • Develop new business opportunities with partners while building healthy creator ecosystem.
  • Create and deploy YouTube best practices, rooted in a deep understanding of effective communication strategies.
  • Help partners achieve their goals by providing consultative support in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including partner support, marketing, product, and communications.
