Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in an advertising sales, business development, consulting, and/or online media environment
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building relationships with directors and C-level stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of the customer business and driving deep, data-driven insights
  • Knowledge of Google Media Platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and/or Display and Video 360)
  • Cross-functional collaboration and internal stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work well in ambiguity and operate with limited guidance
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships with customers, agencies, platform partners, and manage ongoing customer training for all Google Marketing Platform.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences. Take on new product releases, internally and externally.
  • Plan and deliver solution and product training on DV360 to customers and agencies. Deliver periodic inflight campaign updates and post campaign report and analysis.
  • Report and resolve campaign execution issues, including troubleshooting and issue escalation to relevant support teams. Serve as a liaison with customers regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Execute campaign setup, deliver campaign plans, providing inventory quote and proactive account management/campaign execution in close partnership with the sales team.
