Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in media/advertising sales or consulting, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with people or team management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience creating and implementing sales strategies with customers in Korea.
  • Experience with building high performing teams through coaching and frequent, high quality feedback, and role modeling a growth mindset.
  • Ability to take ownership for decisions, secures support, and remove key obstacles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers to create a goal-oriented culture with inclusivity and collaboration in mind.
  • Coach your team on engaging with and influencing stakeholders across your team’s portfolios to deliver client success and shared business results.
  • Lead your team in analyzing customer data and industry trends to develop strategic plans for customers and/or partners.
  • Lead and grow executive-level relationships through key C-level meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Ensure team readiness to deliver digital complex solutions. Create a culture of business goal innovation and customer success on the team based on diverse, equitable, and inclusive team environment.
