Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in data-driven marketing, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or customers.
  • Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience successfully working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams.
  • Experience in strategic and analytical business development and approach (e.g., enterprise tech sales experience, etc.).
  • Understanding of technology and data analyses.
  • Knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform stack, Google Cloud, Analytics 360, and Google audience propositions.
  • Ability to work with several levels of an organization in parallel, including ensuring quality implementation within customers and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, and project management across external and internal departments.
  • Ability to influence others.

  • Build and cultivate long-term executive relationships with global/regional customer decision-makers, as well as their agency counterparts, managing the customer relationship for their technical and data needs.
  • Design overall data and technical transformation strategy, highlighting the benefits of adopting Google platforms and products.
  • Oversee global coordination across different internal Google teams as well as external stakeholders (i.e., customers, partners, etc.), and work closely with partner organizations to ensure continued support for customer engagements.
  • Educate customers on our various data and tech product offerings (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud, etc), and support and communicate effectively with English-speaking customers.
  • Drive adoption of Google solutions, identify and review customers for potential projects aimed at improving maturity, and support development of data maturity and measurement frameworks.
