Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in partnership development.
  • Experience working with Media and Entertainment partners/TV platform developers related to video content distribution.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Korean fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to operate and influence in a complex matrix organization while managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Passion for the Media and Entertainment content industry and a perspective on future growth.

The Global Partnerships team within P&E is focused on enabling global media and entertainment partners to build innovative content experiences on Android, Chrome, and Google Play.   • Manage a portfolio of partners to secure content, accelerate adoption of key product features, and grow engagement/business generation.
  • Structure and discuss innovative and complex content and product agreements to advance overall Media and Entertainment (M&E) category goals. 
  • Develop and maintain an expert understanding of Google TV, Google Play, and Android product strategies and the digital M&E content landscape in the region.
  • Work with cross-product area teams to identify opportunities around M&E partners. Influence and execute in region cross-product area M&E content partnerships strategy and agreements.
  • Lead a growth agenda for Google TV business through a portfolio of strategic initiatives, lean into annual planning, and close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
