- Leads all aspects of the Culinary Pastry/Bakery departments supporting the Executive Chef. 

- Ensures all Culinary aspects align to the direction provided with all outlet concepts. 

- Be fully responsible for all the operational, functional, financial and quality metrics of Culinary Pastry/Bakery department.

 

【 자격요건 】

- Pastry & Bakery Chef / 베이커리&패스트리 셰프 3년이상 경력

- 글로벌호텔 경력 우대

- 영어 가능자

- 리더십 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자

- 지방 근무 가능자

 

【 자격요건 】
