  [Task]
- Responsible for introducing global innovative Lear's products to the customer's 

  new and existing programs  

- Responsible for leading to success with the introduction of new technologies and 

  products for customers

  [Positions] 
  1. Senior Engineer​ ​(8+ years at least)

   - Introduce New Lear's products and technologies to customers

   - Address and update customers' interests to the global team

   - Develop New tech products with global Lear's innovation team

   - Lead innovative design and engineering 

   - Support Tech Show/Benchmark/Seminar

  2. Product Engineer​ (2+ years at least)

  [Competencies]

  - G-Bachelor's Level Degree ↑

   (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering major is preferred)

 - Understanding of automotive industry such as Autonomous, Mobility and Connected

 - Good Understanding of Hyundai System and Process

 - ECU H/W and S/W engineering and developing experience preferred

 - Good English communication skills, Especially required to Senior Engineer

 [Task]
  - Responsible for Seating Commercial & PM support for global programs, interfacing

    between Hyundai HQ purchasing/engineering in Korea & Lear global team. 

    Successful program development/launch and ensuring profitability with improved 

    global customer (Hyundai) communication.

 [Competencies]
 - 4 Years university degree with Business or Eng. and/or MBA

 - Experience : 15+ years commercial experience in the industry

                        (★Required related experience is preferred)
 - Understanding of Hyundai costing table

 - Proficient in PC, MS-Excel and database management

 - Communication skill especially English / Korean (Fluent)
 - Interpersonal and time management skills

  [Task]
 - Responsible for the supervision of the company supplier development process 

   to support and ensure the implementation of sourcing plans and policies 

   by optimizing material costs from the suppliers

  [Competencies]
 - G-Bachelor's Level Degree ↑
 - Experience : ​5+ years supplier management experience in Quality and parts 

                        price negotiation in the automotive industry

                        (★Required related experience is preferred)
 - Experienced HMC SQ Certification and managing suppliers quality systems 

 - Understanding of Hyundai parts development process for new program

 - Understanding of HMC supplier management and assessment process

 - Good English communication skill

  [Task]

 - Responsible for improving Assembly line process issues, and making stable
   assembly lines in the new program. Contribute plant saving by Industry 4.0
   and automation project.

 [Competencies]
 - G-Bachelor's Level Degree ↑
   (Electrical / Electronic / Robotics engineering major preferred)

 - Experience : Related experience is preferred

 - Good English communication skill 

 [Task]
 - Responsible for quality control of finished products and supplier parts using
   statistical quality control techniques, and analysis and data utilization of parts
   and seats to produce good quality.

 [Competencies]
 - G-Bachelor's Level Degree ↑
  (Industrial Engineering major required/preferred)

 - Experience : Related experience is preferred
