▣ Responsibilities
Public Relations
-PR strategy planning support (print, online & social)
-Annual and monthly PR execution
-Media relations & rounding
-Press release, Look Book & editorials/advertorials development and pitching
-Contents creation and global documents translation/localization
-Agency handling
Product Placements/ Influencer Engagements
-PPL/ Influencer Engagements strategy planning support
-Drama lineup review and follow-up
-Stakeholder communications, influencer relations and engagement
-Collaboration and contents creation support
-Agency handling
Events
-Branding and press event planning and execution
-Media and influencers invitation and RSVP
-Event preparation and coordination (venue, production, PR assets preparation, etc.)
-On-site execution
Reporting & Analysis
-PR SOV analysis, reports and recaps (monthly, quarter and annual)
-Events/PR budgeting and budget tracker updates


▣ Requirements
-University Graduate or higher
-Over 10 years in similar roles, managing luxury jewelry or fashion merchandise team
-Strong demand, replenishment and planning skills
-Experience in team management
-Demonstrate high sense of luxury lifestyle
-Highly Proficiency in English and proven experience working with global and regional teams
-Driven, energetic and independent
-Working experience in global luxury organization
-Jewelry & Watch industry experience
-Solid knowledge base on gemstone, jewelry and timepieces – GIA Certification is a plus
