● Developing strategies for user acquisition and content marketing to generate leads and grow company’s customer base 

● Creating, implementing, and driving campaigns through various media channels and platforms 

● Overseeing and managing user acquisition campaigns – branding, content marketing, retargeting - to reach, engage, grow and acquire potential customers with a strong focus on associated KPIs 

● Implementing user segmentation to improve targeting, increase relevance of product solutions to potential customers 

● Coordinating the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with in-house teams or 3rd party vendors 

● Collaborating closely with different stakeholders within the group to achieve business objectives

● At least 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role within the crypto/fintechenvironment, passionate with crypto, blockchain, NFTs etc Led teams across different geos with proven results 

● Expertise in running branding and direct response campaigns on different media platforms with experience in running customer acquisition campaigns ● Strong competency in data analytics tools 

● Proven ability to work in global business, within a matrix structure and experience of working with a culturally and geographically diverse team ● Experience in blockchain, gaming, metaverse is highly advantageous
