¡Ü Develop a robust community engagement and growth strategy by setting up the systems and processes to ensure successful community building and participation 

¡Ü Ensure that the community strategy is aligned with the group¡¯s marketing strategy, events and materials 

¡Ü Manage the Company¡¯s social media accounts and organise community events to build up the Company¡¯s community presence with the aim to increase positive engagement, community acquisition and growth ¡Ü Create thought leadership on issues in the crypto space 

¡Ü Understand the Company¡¯s product mechanisms and be able to answer community questions, including but not limited to speaking with users and partners etc 

¡Ü Provide feedback and suggest improvements to increase community engagement metrics

¡Ü 3+ years in proven community management, preferably with at least 2 years in the crypto space 

¡Ü Experienced with community chat platforms and channels (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram etc) and with strong presence/followership on the above platforms/channels 

¡Ü Outspoken, goal orientated and highly driven individual with the ability to develop new ideas and events to actively engage the community 

¡Ü Great sense of humour and creativity 

¡Ü Great content creation skills (tweets/memes etc)
