Modality Sales Specialist, CTJob Description
Role Summary:
- In this role, you have the opportunity to responsible for promoting CT products & systems and maximizing customer satisfaction. And supports Account Managers in the area of acquisition, configuration and calculation while developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long term profitability in the defined number of accounts. Develop, lead, and implement marketing plan, key programs, and support to drive procedure adoption of Philips CT in radiology
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Promote CT products, systems and services in customer visits, product & workstation demonstrations, seminars and trade shows
- Execute marketing plan for CT and deploy programs (incl. Installed Base programs) to the districts to drive business for CT
- Drive the regional or district business by business analysis, planning and execution for CT and review in close cooperation with the CT Business Manager. Execute corrective actions when required
- Work as part of an account team to ensure BIU results are reached according to account plans
- Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales tools, tactics and strategies in order to the Account Manager who can close the deal including Installed base activities / promotions.
- Provide input in the generation of order intake / sales forecast
- Participate in the district sales planning exercise for the BIU, supporting quality of funnel management
- Provide information about market trends, competitor¡¯s sales practices and potential projects to MR Business Manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare
- Plan & implement new products launching
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University degree or above
- 7-12 years of experience in sales and clinical environment within imaging systems or medical devices area
- Passion and motivation for sales and business challenges
- Resilience and ability to influence others
- Customer orientation, good communication and analytical skill
- Flexibility to travel across Korea
- Fluent Korean and English required
