The main task of the Digital Learning Developer is the development and production of Digital Content and preparation & delivery of remote training.

This includes the technical operation of light, sound and video equipment as well as close cooperation with the trainers in front of the camera, and the training participants during the broadcasts. The operator is therefore a key player in the success of our eLearning productions.

The scope of the operator also includes: Planning and Recording of pre-produced videos, Post-Production of this footage, archiving of content for re-use and as proof, Managing Virtual Computers for Remote Desktop sessions (Cloud Lab Exercises).

Principle Duties/Responsibilities Include:

Live Broadcast Preparation

-           Managing Light Setting

-           Adjusting Sound Settings

-           Setup WebEx Training Sessions

Live Broadcast Transmission

-          Mastering WebEx Training Sessions

-          Controlling Light and Sound

-          Tracking Camera Settings

-          Run pre-produced video recordings

-          Adjusting Deviations from the timetable

Broadcast Follow-up  

-           Review of delivered eLearning session with presenter

-           Prepare equipment for scheduled broadcast

-           Preparation of timetable for scheduled sessions

-           Documentation of course deviations

Pre-Recordings

-           Setup Storyboard

-           Planning light, sound and camera setup

-           Perform Recording

-           Postproduction of recorded footage

• • n  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of experience producing eLearning content, delivery of remote training.

    n  Service experience supporting scientific instruments such as those in Agilent is a plus

    n  General understanding of light, sound , video equipment and workflows

    n  Good skills in Adobe Suite CC 2019 (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder)

    n  Basic skills in PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, WebEx Training

    n  Results orientation / accountability

    n  Good communication skills, fluent in Korean and English

    n  Strong collaboration and teamwork

    n  Ability to follow Quality processes
