Maximize project profits through cost & schedule control. The role will include coordinating the cost and schedule for the project working closely with product manager, NPI team, service and sales to ensure Edwards has a successful project from proposal phase to sustained operations.

Meet the customer¡¯s requested delivery date with zero defect and minimize difference between the estimated cost and real prime costs.

Lead project by leadership to achievement performance and development team members. It could also include individuals who have people reporting responsibility where they not only need to plan and assign tasks but also motivate, coach and measure the work of their reports.

1. Manage new orders to ensure on time delivery, within budget, and to the level of Quality expected of an Edwards product.2. Project performance control and report

3.  Manufacturing Capacity analysis and bottle-neck process management/ improvement. 

4.  MFG delivery risk assessment and management

5.  Inventory management – cooperation with material controller and Buyer

6.  Report monthly performance KPI and advise which function needs to action.

7.  Lead of MFG all process & Procedure improvement

8.  Continuous contact with senior managers from many different functions and company personnel at many different levels. Operate harmoniously as a member of a multi-disciplined team, often as a leader.

9.  Ensure all products and personnel comply with safety legislation and Edwards policies.

Calm under pressure and able to find solutions to day-to-day project issues and problems, escalating to the Engineering Manager or functional managers where necessary. Able to maintain a positive, pro-active attitude in the face of adversity
