[담당업무] 온라인 영어 교육 사무직원을 모집합니다
Now Speak English Online LLC 에서는 원격으로 일을 할 교육 주간 및 야간 파트타임 사무직원을 모집하고 있습니다. 고객 전화응대, 이메일 응대, 인보이스 발송 등 일반 사무직과 동일하며 업무 매뉴얼에 대한 교육기간이 있습니다. 업무는 신규 등록자 관리, 학부모 관리, 성적표 번역 (영한), 및 자료 조사 및 사업 운영에 필요한 기타 제반 업무 등을 포함합니다. 교육은 한국에 있는 관리자와 본사 관리자가 함께 진행하며 귀하는 한국에 있는 관리자에게 업무를 보고하게 될 것입니다. 기본 근무는 원격으로 진행되지만 한국 관리자와의 대면 회의가 필요한 경우 회의 장소로 방문을 해야 합니다. 회의 장소는 서울입니다. 2023년 2월 별도의 사무실이 생기면 해당 지역으로 출근해야 할 수 있습니다.
저희 회사는 온라인 영어 교육을 하는 회사이므로 해당 분야의 경험자를 우대하고 있습니다. 기본 영어 수업 외에도 TOEFL SAT 등 시험 대비 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 회사입니다.
귀하는 한국어를 모국어로 하는 원어민이어야 하며, 영어 읽기, 말하기, 쓰기 능력은 영어 원어민과의 자유로운 소통이 가능한 수준이어야 합니다.

We are a growing international online English tutoring company with open opportunities in our Korean Branch. Best chance to work from home with stable income, American based work environment, flexible hours and lots of rooms to grow depending on your talent and skills. Our company is looking for a digital sales, customer service and office administrator who can perform duties online with our company. You will be trained to make phone calls, write invoices and bills, and generally run the office. You will handle student intake, contact with parents, translation, research as well as other odds and ends that may be required to ensure our office and company run smoothly. We already have a Korean based operations officer, so you would be reporting directly to her. This job will be almost completely remote but may require some in-person tasks and meetings with the office manager. We may also open up office space in Seoul to work in late-2022 so you must be flexible to change.
We are an online company in education so experience in this field is preferred. We offer private tutoring services. Must be a Korean native speaker and have advanced English reading, speaking and typing ability.
The requirements:
Able to perform excellent customer service to our families, handling phone calls, emails, scheduling lessons, and answer questions to our clients in professional manner.
Speak and write both Korean and English fluently, able to do translation work
Able to do some administrative tasks
Able to commit to working hours that been agreed upon
Able to do sales work, mostly by following up to our potential clients after their trial lessons. Bonus and incentives will be given for this task.
Must be self motivated, ambitious, detail oriented, able to be a team player as well as a strong leader in any circumstances, and follow the operating procedures and reporting to our Korean Operations Officer.
Experiences in the same field is beneficial and we are looking more for individual who is willing to learn, ambitious and want to grow for bigger picture in our company. Fresh graduates are welcome if you want a big opportunities to grow in career with our American work ethic.
