Responsibilities
• Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics-optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth
• Own daily reporting for web performance-tracking all major KPI to plan
• Driving the sales performance of the emd)e-commerce platform
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

• Fluent in both English and Korean languages.

• 3+ years of related experience in Ecommerce or data/analytical field required

• Previous ecommerce experience preferred

• IT, Mobile and Appliances industry experience highly preferred

• Good understanding of ecommerce platforms in Korea

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity

• Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically

• You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
