YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ You will be working in the Communications team, which manages both external & internal communications and you will experience these external & internal communications inside-out while conducting this role. - Coordinate Corporate Communication plan in digital channel including contents planning, creations and channel execution plan based on corporate communications strategy, global guideline and local law guideline. - Manage overall channel activation & operation governance via managing external contents creations vendor, internal stakeholders (Global & local) and internal governance system. - Set the measures of digital communications to monitor and reflect the learnings to the plan. - Contribute to External Communications with practice & learnings from digital communications. - Participate in the development, decision-making and deployment of the overall Internal communication plan based on the strategy and objectives. - Enhance engagement throughout all organization levels, following the communications guidelines and utilizing the supporting tools developed at Global level. - Co-work with External Communications/ Global teams /Cross-functions/ External vendors to identify/improve/standardize appropriate communication tools, channels and themes in order to propose communication plans/initiatives for the employees. Ensure effective communication and implementation of all global & local key messages in order to ensure employee engagement. - Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Internal communication plan, ensuring regular review of specific communications with the Manager Internal Communications & Communications team in order to ensure a successful implementation. - Coordinate & support the planning and organization of local events, local team-building events and major workshops in order to ensure the success of the events, thus contributing to the employee engagement. - Manage external vendors supporting the internal communication plan and/or events based on a pre-approved budget. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertisements, Business related major from College/University - 2 – 3 years’ experience in Digital Communications role (Especially for Youtube contents creations, Social media marketing and Google Ads) - 2 – 3 years’ experience in Internal Communications role (or Employee Engagement role) - Total 5 years+ experience in Communications role - Good command of written and spoken English and Korean - Strong writing skills - Strong sense of design & contents creation - Strong understanding of Youtube channel (Audience anlaysis/ Performance analysis etc.) - Strong command of MS Office - Experience of using Sprinklr (Preferred)
