▷ 담당업무
- Initiate and drive the overall lean activities including planning, leading and execution in site to increase operational excellence maturity level
- Performing professional lean coaching to operation department and lean projects for driving continuous improvement
- Deploy the lean tools (VSM, Standardized work, QCO, TPM) to standardize best practices
- Partnership with HQ Operational excellence team to implement lean 14 step project and Lean green belt project
- Monitoring the key milestone of lean activities and measuring the cost saving output out of lean projects and activities

▷ 자격 요건

- 경력 8년 ~ 15년
- 원활한 영어 Conference Call 가능자
- Operation, Production, Continuous Improvement 관련 부서에서 유관 업무 경력을 보유한 자
- Lean Project 관련 경험 2년 이상 보유자
- MS Office 프로그램 사용 능숙자
- 대졸 이상(Engineering 전공자)
