1. Documents for storage and processing are stored and delivered to related personnel.

• Inbound Receiving Record. (Confirmation Signed Invoice and Order Form)
• Transfer Files. (Delivery note, Invoice…), Inventory File.

2. Booking to stock for purchased parts and other relevant jobs

      Resolve inbound receipt queries/ problems with Finance and other relevant teams.General administration.

• Purchase and manage WH field consumables, Cost settlement. (E-Req, expense, others…)
• Other WH field Support Operations.

3. Issues and Management of Abnormal Import Cases.

4. We check the movement of materials between factories every day and work with WH TL to move materials and process the system.

5. Responsible for the delivery of documents and system processing for the external storage warehouse manager and imported products.

6. We check the movement history of defective materials every day and manage the system.

7. Helps warehouse floor and managers improve team performance and collaborate to contribute to team performance.

• Education level : High school or graduate level qualifications in manufacturing fields.
• Relevant Previous experience : Previous experience in an administration role is essential
• Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to full fill the role’s responsibilities)
  • The basic ability to understand English.
• Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements
  • Self motivated with the ability to learn fast
  • Ability to use computerised manufacturing systems
  • Basic knowledge of the SAP.
  • Must have good computer skills, especially in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A good understanding of Manual Handling and Health & Safety issues is essential.
