[Position]

Technical Support Trainer (medical device)

[Summary]

Educate Europe customers(dealers) on how to use MEDIT product, digital oral scanner and Medit Link(dental-specific application) by utilizing Europe local training personnel, language and culture, which naturally leads to increasing satisfaction of Europe customers.

[Responsibilities]

• Provide remote technical supports to dealers and end-users with Medit products
• Provide online / offline training and live webinar training to dealers with Medit products so they can train and provide technical supports to their sub dealers and end users
• Produce training materials in either German/Italian/French and update on real-time basis
• Other support duties for local market

[Qualifications]

• Sound understanding of the digital workflow and technical expertise, dental knowledge is preferable
• Previous experience in technical support/customer service
• Capable of working independently
• Travel is required and varies based on the territory
• Fluent in English, and in either language (German or French)
• Residents of Germany or France only
